Hello everyone, recently I have discovered the wonderful effects of phenibut. It is very useful to me for my social anxiety, sleeping, and has some recreational effects as well. A few times over the past few weeks I have taken capsules that contain phenibut, piracetam, GABA, and caffiene. I find this to be a great tool to have but I have read many warnings about the addictive potential of it as well as how quickly you can develop W/D symptoms to it so of course I'm going to approach this drug with caution.
So basically what I'm asking is how often can you take this without becoming physically dependent on it? I've read twice a week, once a week, and I've even read about people getting W/Ds from only taking this once a week for a few weeks in a row which is why I am asking how long should I space out doses to steer clear of any risk of addiction to this substance. I would enjoy taking it once a week but do not want to develop a physical or physchological dependence of any sort to this drug, I just want it to be something to help me relax once in a while when I'm stressed out and anxious. All answers are appreciated, thanks.

well, from what i read, i guess you got one of those all in one combo supplements. read on the bottle or here nootropicboost.com/buy-best-nootropics/coluracetam/ how much exactly phenibut is in capsule-since there are other nootropics in it, i`d guess not more then 0.150-0.250 mg, but keep in mind other ingredients potentate like caffeine and piracetam, so smaller dosage gives bigger boost. anyway as disgusted in many topics-main agreement is once a week is max-no matter at what dosage if 0.200 works for you then no need to take 1mg and so on. important thing is not to get used to it to really on using it for every opportunity, but for those rare cases where its make or break day once. since i know it`s effects on anxiety suppression and confidence boost that gives huge euphoria, but within couple days use you start getting opposite effects, since it depletes gaba b receptors same as dopamine and what knows what else.
