HRAI textbooks

Hi guys, wondering if anyone has connections to buying HRAI textbooks at membership prices? Or if anyone has the books. I am looking for "HRAI Small commercial heat loss heat gain manual" & "HRAI small commercial system design manual". 

Any help would be appreciated.
